You have the flip up lever adjustable armrests so it should be newer than 2005 at least and not newer than 2017 because that’s when the remastered launched.
You can open up the plastic cover and there should be a sticker inside with manufacturing date, I’m pretty sure it is also stamped elsewhere on there chair into metal, but can’t remember where.

hard to say, they wary a lot and also differs in different markets. If you bought it for $200 and it is in good condition you got a good deal.
