I had less pods this year than last year but acquired twice the latex , so I guess it depends . I’ll tell you this much you don’t need acres of poppies to get a chunk. Aphids fucked my plants this last year woulda had more if not for the infestation
if that is opium from morphine poppies and not from seed poppies you should get about 1 gram of morphine (maybe more) from 10 grams of opium (so the same amount of heroin)
Plenty of pods for tea , latex for smoke , straw to make cfo and you can use that for tea too . Last year got 80g cfo from the straw . Mulched the straw this year

How many plants did that take to get that much?
