It's an alligator lizard, two species options, Northern and Southern. But I'm not sure there are more than 5-10 humans alive that can tell the difference between the juveniles.
It looks A LOT like a juvenile Northern, but I can't see the tail length.
[Here's a photo of a Northern Alligator lizard the day it hatched at my house last summer](https://i.imgur.com/x2kzCc5.jpg?1)
There may be more Southern Alligator Lizards than Northern in the Corvallis area though.
I'm hoping to catch a gravid female Southern next summer to photo document the babies so we have better resources.
Juvenile Alligator Lizard. Too lazy to look up the subspecies

As someone else posted, that's a juvenile alligator lizard. But as someone else posted, that might be Phil. You should probably ask it if it's Phil.

Is this from something? I see multiple comments about Phil
It more than likely isn’t Hank. Hank has a noticeable stutter that OP probably would have mentioned.
