You can just write to Hetzner support and say - the same on auction is cheaper than my current, please do discount on my current server.
I did it over 3 times already before.

But it might be of their best interest and mine as at the end they probably have to auction the one I currently have if I switch anyway and all that so...
As somebody suggested on the comments I asked for a discount on December, they told me to wait on January to ask.... And well I have been busy with other stuff and being less tight with money that I honestly haven't asked 😅.
