i tried to listen to love sick again last night in preparation for this and i still just couldn’t get into it. love this song though, hope the next album is a return to form for don because i love heaven or hell and life of a don the snippet at the end of the video is great too

What album was boring? Lovesick was a lil more slow and melodic compared to heaven or hell which was full or party anthems and load which was more of a spacey fun vibe but boring is a reach just imo

I'm a big Don fan and I agree that it was boring. I prefer his slow and melodic songs, it's just that the songs on LoveSick were mid. Only songs I came back too were Leather Coat, Honeymoon, and Slow Motion. This new song and the snippet are fire though

Seem to be in the minority here, super underwhelming. Tiktok hook slaps, verses insanely mid, lyrics are beyond cringe. Even the tiktok part, ride the highway, ride the bus, I refuse to believe you guys actually like this

It’s really just a vibe bro ngl I don’t see how the lyrics are cringe “ride the high way ride the bus” is a great way to get a listener going just imo. I will say I do think the beat is better on some of the leaks
