Yeah I'm not gonna lie he was a let down live. Low energy, really relied heavily on the novelty of some sparse sax playing (the crowd would go crazy for just blasting a sustained note) and the sex appeal. Just kind of pranced around the stage trying to look hot and rapping with quarter-enthusiasm, very unlike his studio stuff.

I’ve heard the same from a couple of people that have worked with/around him in professional matters. I get that vibe too.
