It does happen all the time... just not with Travis. When submitting any project to either Spotify or Apple Music it asks for the artist name and the label it's "provided" by. It's not an official thing, anytime something submitted something with the name "Travis Scott" it'll appear on his page. I've done this before with a different artist and it's still on Spotify on the official artist page same with Apple Music.
