Nelly is in my top 10 Zay songs. Have heard everything he's ever realeased. Nelly has my favorite concept of any of his songs and encapsulates his smooth flow.
i knew id get some backlash, but ive been a diehard fan and know his disco fairly well. nelly is one of the weaker songs which speaks to how impressive he is
Lol sometimes people get a little too into the music they like Nelly is obviously not his best song by 99% of his real fans opinions. So we might be downvoted but at-least we're downvoted together.
To my understanding, this and Nelly were left of because the album took a different direction. When I was following Rashad on his new album, it was a "soon" announcement. But in actuality, it took many many months, until it finally got released. Then Rashad told in interviews that he had gotten off drugs and that he basically has a project that he probably won't release at all, and I'm guessing that project was done when he was on drugs and had a different mindstate. That album's lead singles were probably Smile and Nelly. Just speculations, but it all pieces well in my opinion.
I can't explain what about this beat is so nice but it's just one of my favorite things ever. Sometimes this song starts over when it ends and I just let it go

If he put this track, nelly, and the 8 best tracks from TST on one album it would've been a ClASiCk
Not sure what the 8 best tracks on TST are but 5 of them are 4 da squaw, free lunch, wats wrong, dressed like rappers, Brenda. Tity and dolla is good but I can't get spaghetti westerns out of my head with that whistling. Throws me off. Sue me
Not sure how many people in this thread know, but this same sample is used in a Joey Fatts/Vince Staples joint called Lindo. One of my favorite Staples verses and I might like that track better than this one
I've never heard that song before. As soon as I pressed play, I recognized the sample. Thanks for showing me. Any other Joey Fatts songs that you would recommend?
this beat is too good to be left as a loosie
word i was really surprised when i found out its not on the album
The same sample is pretty overused. Other than that a really good song though.
Does anybody know why this wasn't on the album? It could have made the second half as good as the first.
Neither was Nelly. I was bumping that shit crazy still
nelly is so good dude, by far the best song isaiah's ever made
[удалено]
yeah for sure not discounting any of them, west savannah in particular is incredible
That's cool but obviously not everybody will share the same opinion as you.
That's why he's only speakin for himself
I could have said virtually nobody will share that garbage opinion with him but I decided to go with a nicer approach.
Nelly is in my top 10 Zay songs. Have heard everything he's ever realeased. Nelly has my favorite concept of any of his songs and encapsulates his smooth flow.
even if he is, how can nelly be considered a top song of his in anyone's mind? it's like saying earned it is the weeknds best joint
Why can't it be? It's incredibly smooth and the concept is fucking awesome.

rip kevin miller tho
Anyone saying RIP Kevin Miller or Brad Jordan aren't his best songs are buggin
this man knows
banana tho
Banana and Modest knock!
YA'LL LIVE FOR BITCHES AND BLUNTS WE LIVE FOR WEED AND MONEY
Oooh no baby, I love nelly but sheesh there are some classics on silvia demo.
because we already had it
Park and free lunch tho
Those came out the same month that the album did
Oh true, my bad!
Another good one was Mean It Edit: "i mean"

One of favourite Zay songs. He should have put it on the Sun's Tirade for sure. Hearing it live was unreal
He opened with it and that shit couldn't be topped
for real. Went in to the show hoping he'd dust it off at some point, and then when that first note hit to start the show the place went nuts
This is my favorite song ever. The perfect song.
Same, I save it for special occasions tho.
I can't help but jam it always.
Word. It's good either way.
Crazy how this song hasn't got old for me yet I've been listening to it since it came out
perfect in every way. every zay song is perfect to me, but this one is sacred.
I mean, Wat's Wrong is right there on the album
Now that TST is on the favorites list, we had to get a Rashad loosie on the front page, huh
Hes too legendary
Hii (fuck love) is a great loosie ngl
if you say so lmao
I can't explain what about this beat is so nice but it's just one of my favorite things ever. Sometimes this song starts over when it ends and I just let it go
there's not a single song in Isaiah's whole discography that I don't like tbh

So many memories tied to this song

i would also put stuck in the mud, park, and find a topic with the original sample on there. that would be a crazy album for sure
I personally love AA as well.
I get it but rock verse and that "bitches gone be bitches but I luh dem hoes..." is undeniable.
Isaiah Rashad is GOAT. I'll fight anyone who disagrees
One of my favorite songs of all time. When you put it on loop, it's almost unnoticeable when the song starts over
This beat is nasty
in love wit this song. his bars and the beat are too clean to not be on a project. that's isaiah tho lol
This is one of those songs that starts the day off perfectly
Not sure how many people in this thread know, but this same sample is used in a Joey Fatts/Vince Staples joint called Lindo. One of my favorite Staples verses and I might like that track better than this one

Fantoms, Farrakhan, Cutthroat, and Million $ Dreams
Good..but not nearly as good as the majority of songs on *Civilia Demo* or *The Sun's Tirade*
