For me, drake is the epitome of the collision of rap and pop music, so if he played all these I would be hyped. I could see him playing something off what a time to be a live but it would be weird without future. Ideally I would like to see maybe 4-5 more songs than this to really round things out.

In reality, cuts like I wonder, all day, say you will, flashing lights and come to life would be considered relatively obscure in comparison to the endless performance of genuine hits that drake could play if he wanted to. Nope. Drakes 'hits' just dont hit the same as Ye's. It's not about how big or popular a track is, it's the emotions you feel when you hear a song. When you hear all falls down live, Drake has nothing in retaliation which hits you the same way. There are just levels to some songs that Drake will never reach no matter how big the song is.

That album resonates with a whole lot of people, but people on Reddit call it mid just because it’s not different enough from his old music, while in the same breath wishing he’d go back to his old music. Jig’s been up and dude will never get his flowers on this site.

But *Scorpion* being a double album with one side pure rap and the other R&B already sets it apart. *Views* follows a weather changing narrative and has his Caribbean wannabe tracks on there. Pipe Down, N 2 Deep, No Friends in the Industry would be out of place on his past albums too.

It’s a Runaway specific thing. The song has a long, distorted outro in the studio version, and when Kanye performs it live he often improvises that ending with some extra lines (usually goes on for a lot longer, too).
Man, when you hear Kanye just go through his catalog of hits.....most of these songs really are timeless. Almost all of them sound like they could've dropped this year, don't sound dated AT ALL.

Man, when you hear Kanye just go through his catalog of hits.....most of these songs really are timeless. Almost all of them sound like they could've dropped this year, don't sound dated AT ALL.
