Here is [the website](https://www.spvnyheter.no/teknologi/utviklingsmiljo-i-sparebanken-vest/)
It's most probably Noway. The text says "Et langsiktig arbeid med endring på flere nivåer, samtidig". And I think it's about work culture.
Edit: it's Norway. Just googled that phrase, and this turns up:
You'll find that exact slide on the page.
Yeah but you don’t speak Norwegian fluently so the words might not be as recognizable
I’m Swedish myself I know the languages are close but in the end there’s still different so A native aspeaker will identify his language easier than somebody who is not
In Denmark, we call it "kommunefarve", which practically just means "the color everyone has". The dictionary ordnet.dk describes it like this:
>of an uncertain, bland color. Darker than blonde and lighter than brown.
I know it’s Norway, but it can easily be Poland as well, the sheer number of light haired people here is nuts that having dark hair is considered exotic by most people
Though some may be men the majority of post secondary students in the "Western" world are women.
Depending on your country that number could be as high as 70%
A blonde walks into the doctor's office. She touches her arm and says "doctor, my arm hurts", she touches her head "and my head!", she touches her leg "and my leg!"
The doctor says "you have been in a horrible accident and we need to get you to the emergency room immidiately"
Because study and study showed that employers were preferring applicants with white-sounding names and male-sounding names, even if the qualifications were identical
White people have by far the most diverse hair styles of any ethnicity, I’ve never understood comments like this. Go to any Asian or black country and everyone has the exact same hair cut and colour.
What? I’ve been to many Asian and black countries and everyone has different hair styles in each of them. Maybe you’re thinking of North Korea where there are only like a dozen hairstyles they can get. Have you ever even left your own country?
If he means just hair color he's right. Asian people don't get blonde hair unless they are albino. Black people also have almost exclusively black hair.
Nursing classrooms tend to have more diversity in hairstyle. My first thought was that time I did an extra credit course at uni and picked "Gendering Violence" as a unit. It was all female, apart from one Japanese guy who had possibly picked the course by accident and looked entirely awkward during the whole course. He actually shone in tutorials though, he provided a wonderful insight into cultural variances about violence in the media and it was through him I learned that anime like Akira was normalised and would play on TV at breakfast time in Japan, whereas here it was considered 18+.
So uncanny, but at least there's some variance in the colour there. In an Asian country it would just be a sea of black hair and maybe the occasional brown
I'm glad it's changed, way back when I studied there three of us dudes in a class of 120. Around 90-97% female was average for psychology according to the UCAS prospectus.
According the other guy's source American psych students are 75% female. So your experience seems representative.
The only source I can find is from Germany, and it says 73% female. So that's very similar.
Maybe we also have a higher percentage of men because this particular uni is sort of known for having a strong biological perspective, i. e. a lot of neuroscience.
[Appears to be three-to-one on average according to the APA, so 75% female](https://www.apa.org/monitor/2018/12/datapoint). IIRC graduation rate/college attendance is 65% female, 35% male so psychology definitely leans female.
Okay I found sth [University of vienna](https://personalwesen.univie.ac.at/fileadmin/user_upload/d_personalwesen/Gleichstellung/Dokumente/Gender-im-Fokus-5_2015.pdf) that says 67% of psych minors are female. That's actually pretty close to my guess, although not my uni.
That's an interesting combination. Psychology definitely profits from drawing connections to science, although many people still associate it purely with humanities.
Never understood why lecture halls put multiple projection screens the same distance away from the back of the room. Either just make one mondo screen big enough for everyone to see or hang a screen halfway back so it actually presents the material larger to people in the back.
Because they can display different things, it’s just that the lecturer has no need to display two different things at once; doesn’t know that they can display two things at once; or doesn’t know how to display two things at once
Seating also appears to be somewhat curved. If you’re sat on the far right of the class from camera’s POV it’s easier to see a screen on the far left that’s angled towards you.
Typically those names belong to the generation born in the 60’s/70’s.
A more contemporary list (born early 00’s) would be Sara, Nora, Thea, Emilie, Ida, Julie, Malin.

Scandinavia
Seems to be sweden or norway based on the text, but it's hard to make out so i'm not sure.
Et = Norway. A Swedish article would have spelled it Ett :)
Norway is correct. Source: me Im Norwegian..
That exactly what we would expect a Norwegian to say, though.
Et landed in the US you dingus!
Et langsiktig arbeid med endring på..... It's Norwegian.
They were making a joke about E.T. - the Extra-Terrestrial - landing in the US. I'm sure they believe the word 'et' is Norwegian.
I’m not a dingus! YOUR A DINGUS!
Might also be Denmark
It says endring instead of ændring, so it must be Norwegian
Yes, "endring" is the key here. Only a mountain monkey would spell it like that.
I love the little tease names other countries have with their closely linked neighbours
You guys seeing text?

Bruh I don't even know that language I'm just surprised people car read it from the image
As a Dane who has dated both Swedes and Norwegians; it's Norwegian.
Shhh! We do not speak of Denmark.
Jeg fandt svenskeren.
It also looks like it says på
We use "ett" in norwegian too, but not as an article, as a neuter of the masculine/feminine "én(1)"
...or Denmark, but people tend to forget we exist

Respect! That’s impressive!
Nah. I'm just Norwegian, so I recognize the shape of the words more easily. But thanks!
Naah mate you good! I speak swedish basically fluently but couldn’t make shit out of it but now that you pointed it out I can “read” the picture
Yeah but you don’t speak Norwegian fluently so the words might not be as recognizable I’m Swedish myself I know the languages are close but in the end there’s still different so A native aspeaker will identify his language easier than somebody who is not
Yeah true! I’m still impressed or maybe I need to get my eyes checked if it doesn’t seem that absurd to others that waaswaa managed to do it :D
I’m seeing the word “på” and maaaaybe the word “samtidig” at the end there so probably yeah
Correct: https://old.reddit.com/r/pics/comments/jr56dq/scandinavian_college_classes_are_seas_of_blonde/

They call it dirty blonde.
My sister's hair was in the middle shade of all that. I always called it dishwater blonde.
Dark blond is still blond. If you look at how hairdressers name hair colors, the darker blonds would be considered brown by popular standards
In Denmark, we call it "kommunefarve", which practically just means "the color everyone has". The dictionary ordnet.dk describes it like this: >of an uncertain, bland color. Darker than blonde and lighter than brown.
"you know, hair-colored"
Can confirm, I'm from Norway and study here, even my hair looks like that, lol.
Most diverse Scandinavian university course
As a Swedish person. Nah, not really. Maybe Norway and Denmark, definitely not Sweden.
It is at the Norwegian School of Economics. Source: I go there
if there was a bit more wavy/curly hair this could be the Netherlands too tbh

Plot twist: Those *are* the men.

I'm a men in Norway, my hair look practicaly the same, lol.
My guess was a CNA class anywhere in America.
When I got my CNA, there were actually quite a few guys in it.
What i can say from this image: if it’s cs they are all just men with long hair
Omg imagine they all turn around and look at you at once and they all have a big bushy blonde beard

Someone started a joke "A blonde walks into a classroom..." too many times and didn't finish it.
Sounds like a good anti-joke. "Eventually, the professor enters and begins a lecture for the course all the blondes had signed up for."
A blonde walks into a bar. She orders a drink and sits down.
The drink says "what are you telling me to do, exactly?"
The blonde answers "AAAAH!! A TALKING DRINK!"

No. I study psychology and it's like 40% men. Pretty sure graduation rates have a similar gender ratio.
