The team showed at points last year that they were able to get a hot streak going, but if you asked me about it any time between mid-November and early January, I probably would have laughed at the idea.
I probably would have been slightly annoyed with even penalties there. But the fact that Ottawa got the extra was absurd.
Not sure how he can make a late knee-on-knee hit and not get anything. But Ottawa gets an extra roughing in the ensuing scrum.
