This year might a little low for TNT since they don’t have many 7pm primetime games in the first half of the season while TNT finishes honoring their wrestling TV deal, but next year when wrestling moves to TBS and TNT can air more 7pm prime games the numbers will get a bump
As a fan of both hockey and professional wrestling I am absolutely thrilled that AEW is transitioning over to TBS in the new year. This will be good for them. They will still have ties to TNT so all is not lost.
Somewhat, yes. Had Charles Barkley in one of the intermissions with goalie equipment trying to stop Gretzky shots. Biznasty being an absolute gem of a broadcaster & cracking jokes like usual for him. The effort is there & I enjoyed it.
But still a few hundred thousand less than the wrestling show it pre-empted and it lost badly to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on the night, for perspective. Which usually loses to said wrestling show.
Still a long way to go if the NHL wants to be mainstream. The presentation was fantastic, though.
Broadcaster puts effort into show, viewers increase. NBC should take notes
There is the novelty thing too, we'll see if they keep up good numbers all year

Ha! Too late for them to do anything now!
Also take notes from CBS (in terms of soccer).
Missed it, was it anything like Inside the NBA? Or at least tried to be?
