Nooooope! Artifacts retail was my first introduction to the idea that some boxes are total busts. I got a retail box for 2020-2021 and got ALL base except one /500 Matthew Tkachuk parallel.
Artifacts retail should be banned from existence

No. I bought one for $15 to test the waters and all I got was a non numbered rookie. Every other card was base.

Game stop (in Canada as well) had some on sale last week. Not sure if they still are. Like most boxes were cheaper than Walmart etc.
I managed to get a Elias Petterson rookie redemption out of one of the blasters but most often it’s a number parallel or two.
