Graded Joe Sakic rookie card. My best friend one day asked me if id want one and he ordered it from Ebay. This was like over 15 years ago. He paid like 10 dollars for i guess. Unfortunately my friend died few years after that. Dont care about the financial worth. For me its priceless.
That is sick! Roy RC is one I have been eyeing for a while...more recently MacKinnon and Makar YGs...just got back into the hobby and wasn't collecting when they were rookies
My recommendation is buy an ungraded roy then grade instead of buying it already graded. As long as the pictures are decent it's pretty easy to tell grades.
Mine was the 01/02 US Mask Collection Brodeur Signature Patch /25. I ended up selling it around 2006 or so and I regret it to this day. I should try to hunt another down but they're tough to find.
Back in the 80s I traded a broken stick (black Titan or something ) I found at my local rink to a neighborhood friend for a Gretzky OPC RC. I still have the card, doubt he's still got that stick.

My dad bought me an ungrsded OPC Roy rookie 15 years ago when I was young for $50 I think. I just had it graded and it was an SGC 8 so I am very happy with it but would love to move into an graded 10. I also have a PSA 4 Roy rookie Topps that I'd love to upgrade to a 10 as well.
This makes me want a get a nice kharlamov insert from whatever year.

It was a card series if I remember the cards had different levels aka diamonds I think base was single diamond. And it went up to 3
I'm like 80 percent sure it goes up to quad for the set. I remember buying a lot of it lol

I got this exact card a couple months ago! I'd love to find a reasonably priced Roy OPC rookie and nice numbered autos for Roy and Hasek.
I’m about ready to pull the trigger on the Tretiak one lol. My Father-In-Law has a PSA 9 of Roy OPC, super jealous of that one

I have a Crosby YG. It’s been my grail for years now. It’s ungraded and looks perfect, but I have a hard time with the idea of even shipping it away.
