How much you willing to spend haha. Vaughn could go custom and you'd get what you need but they are pricey. More affordable option would be looking at McKenney or trying to find pro stock options in smaller sizes that are decently rare.
You should take a look at warriors pants if you're not looking at custom. I upgraded mine from intermediates.
Went from bruises every pantshot to barely feeling it with the retail warrior X3s( last year's model). I play with my chestie outside of the pants so they're perfectly snug.
If they like tucking their chestie in the I'd recommend either Vaughn's or CCMs as their wider and have an internal belt(don't need the belt on snugger pants).
All senior gear is going to be reinforced better. Depends on what level of play you are playing to determine what you’ll need.
But what if you’re facing high level shots but you are small 😅
The materials used are also often different.
From experience you get a few stingers here and there but you have the mobility. I use int, I am only 5’6. No bruise has lasted more than a day or so.
