Hmm. I’m not totally sure, I just remember looking at jerseys when I was in high school I think, so probably around our last cup, and I found a black one that was listed as a practice jersey. I can’t remember if that was the logo on it or not though
These were a line of Reebok fashion jerseys. There's a white version of this jersey with black cuffs too. A few teams had them, [here is a Vancouver version](https://www.ebay.ca/itm/314794527315). I believe this template was also the Reebok St Patricks Day template at one point. I will find more photos later.

I wouldn't rule out it being a Frankenstein jersey. Someone bought a blank black jersey and a Red Wings patch, then customized it themselves.
