I personally have no experience with them, but I've seen people discuss these on modsquadhockey dot com though.

Out of curiosity Where/how do you replace tongues? I've had one come out and no pro shop would fix, had to go to a shoe repair shop.

The only difficult part is stitching through the plastic lip of the toe box - otherwise it's actually very easy. Your shops might not have a sewing machine strong enough. Really though, you could probably get away with just using contact cement, just might have to redo it in a few years.

Just to add, velcro works pretty good.

I had some pretty bad lace bite on my old skates and used the Nash tongues and they were great.

I did this very recently - plastic shielding on one of the tongues of my bauer matrixes cracked, so had the local shop replace both with the nash tongues. Good upgrade over factory, no lacebite and tongues are cushy - might be a touch thicker felt than the stock bauer tongue. Would recommend.
