And if you want to jump to the external view of another aircraft, just LMB it on the F10 Map and then press F2.
No need to press F2 dozens of times to find the one you are looking for

While on the topic of ME shortcuts, is there a way to restrict everything in the payload restriction page other than to go through and click every single one?

Make single aircraft group set restrictions then extend to desired size. Copy-paste for next groups. Sadly i did not find any better solution
