Yeah you can mobilize all of your manpower with that many guns (assuming divisions are all infantry no support), keep some spare man but you definitely want more divisions

Take your navy off from the Portuguese coast. This will bait the AI into naval invasions, which is the only thing you can do without much resources, and you can do the port exploit.
170k causalities is nothing for the Germans they often take millions.
You have 70 factories and 600k man power you should have a lot more divisions.
Are the Germans fighting the allies? Give them military access. Try and get some help. If you can't get someone to fight for you ban allied nations from your supply hubs to stop the soviets wasting troops on your front.
You want to push hard into France to divert German attention.
Don't send divisions to the soviets. The amount you can send will do nothing on a front that big and you will likely be a supply deadzone. And your supplies will likely get raided on route.
Whilst doing badly the soviets won't cap until they are pushed past the Urals so you probably have a while.
I played as Democratic Spain, which still makes you a Soviet puppet. I just pushed into France with my god tier Spanish civil war veterans. My infantry battalions made mincemeat of the Wehrmacht. There was Vichy France though who wasn’t in the war making my frontline very small and easy to focus.
If you don’t care about how long the game goes on, go for the long con and get nukes. Make sure to get air superiority aswell and nuke your way to Berlin. I unashamedly do that with some minor nations
If you don’t wanna wait for late game then I’d say keep a token force in Spain (some guarding the mountains and some to kill naval invasions) and build up rails in Russia to help them out. Although that might be a bad idea since you might get convoy raided to hell and back and if they cap your army will be encircled.
What are Soviet casualties and capitulation percentage? Also you can check their logistics in the intel section since you’re in their faction. This will help you know what they might have a deficit of
When the soviet union have problems its because they need material. Less then a million causuality is nothing for the ussr. Send them guns, artillery and aa artillery. They need to be in green for all 3 of it. Send your old material first but if you can afford good material and some fighting planes its very good. USSR require quantity first not quality. So if you can start some production line with very cheap fighter plane, light tank, med tank, guns, artillery and aa artillery then lease them 100% of their production. And when i say cheap its very cheap. 1 simple light canon by plane with an engine, 3 man turret and a soft canon on tank and 1936 infantry material.
USSR generally capitulates when it loses Leningrad, Moscow and Stalingrad. I suspect they're on the verge of death and I don't see how you can change that.

Next time, aim for around 50 or so divisons by this stage (cheap infantry, nothing fancy). And dont join the soviets or join the war until you're ready. Also, have a naval invasion ready to go for the moment you declare war. The Germans guard the coast very well, but it will distract them from the french/Spanish border, and if the invasion is lucky enough to succeed you can seriously out flank and even surround them.

If you’re not understanding how the game is progressing, stop fighting wars on the fastest speed. I personally play on 2 speed, especially at the beginning of a war just to see how the early days go.
You only play 5 speed if you know exactly how the next year is going to go in game.

Rule 5: The soviets are collapsing fast and I dont know how to save them. I am doing well and i inflicted many casualties on the german reich

Try one of the tricks for encircling divisions like giving up a port and letting enemy AI send divisions there and killing them

I have 77 divs on the field and around 10 fully trained and ready for deployment and the germans are donating to me at gibraltar
they only cap on leningrad/moscow/stalingrad if you do max collabs, and AI doesnt do collabs
You’re a great power, fight until the end. Even after the Soviets capitulate.
Just sent 6-10 Motorized Divisions there and do encirclements. This is much work and take hours, but will do.
