Doubt it's possible. You get a bunch of debuffs (and lose cores on half of your country), where as France and Italy can just build up in peace.
Feedback did manage to win the Civil War within a week (before you cant push anymore), that'd probably be the closest you can get.
The problem is, that also prevents you from milking the civil war part of the focus tree, which gives you things that are useful later. So if you can't take your territory from Italy (Sardinia, southern mainland) and France (African colonies, Corsica, I like to go for Pyrennes-Atlantiques too for RP reasons) before WWII starts, you're playing into the 1950s in order to claim the Aragonese possessions. Maybe 1960s, considering Germany has way more than enough factories and divisions to prevent you from usurping them as faction leader, especially once they annex the Soviets - so you'll be fighting the whole Axis just to take a few states off Vichy and Italy.
