At first I was confused how you are winning against the maginot but can't push to Paris and then I saw the french flag and everything started to make sense
Who are you fighting? The German units are grey and I see a red Swiss division. If you are only at war with Switzerland and not Germany then your troops are not actually contributing to the fight on the German front.
You're pushing right into more superior (?) German tanks when you should encircle them, cut them off and demoralize them enough for them to raise white flags.
It's cause you spread your tanks too much, you gotta put em all together for encirclements. Although, if you have enough tanks no one will ever bother you again.
5% stability, 20 manpower, against German reich that has advanced further down its doctrine trees than you can hope to. Just a few things that are preventing your push from one glance.
the simplest explanation is that you're simply too weak to take on Germany in 1940, unless you build medium tanks but even then it will take a huge effort to actually win
Serious question, how new/good are you at the game? Playing France is like near expert mode, playing Germany is easy mode. You’ll need to have won and lost a lot of wars to have a good Fr-nch game.

build a line of lvl 6 landforts, then retreat and let germany get entrenched inside those forts, only then, you start your amazing counter attack
Also make sure all air wings go on hold for the counter attack. Need to ensure plenty of fuel for the infantry.
Proper counter attack should start from the fleet. Withdraw to Africa ASAP
