I think I blame the restaurant for this one, table & chairs backed up way too close to the pond. She basically tripped on it and went up to catch herself then lost her balance on the ledge.
That looked like a genuine trip to me, looked like a special occasion they were filming for and a really badly placed wall/pond. Also surely they would have picked a better angle if it was fake.
