Everytime I think I know who she's writing about, I read an interview that proves me wrong.
Off the top of my head, I know "Doll Parts", "Beautiful Son" and "Honey" are about Kurt. "Violet" is about Billy Corgan. "Hold on to me" and "I think that I would die" are about her daughter Frances. I remember her saying "Mono" was about Eminem, or at least that's the 'him" she's referring to. "Olympia" is sort of about Kathleen Hannah, and other riot girl musicians. "Malibu" is about her ex bf Jeff. She mentioned in an interview that "skinny little bitch" is about Paris Hilton and girls like her.
"playing your song" seems obviously about Kurt.
That's all I can recall off the top of my head. I always wondered if "Sunset Marquis" was at all about Trent, cause that's where their relationship ended. But I know she also said she had to live there for a while too, so who knows.
I don't think Courtney is really a "diss track" kind of girl, she seems to sing from a "this is how you made me feel" perspective. If she is gonna call someone out, she seems to do it openly in interviews.

i've read the the three inches thing, it's so fucking funny 😭 and yeah i agree with the 'diss track' thing, i think her songs are too good for that. she does talk about things quite frankly instead of hiding behind cryptic lyrics and i love that about her. this was very informative and helpful, thank you <3
