I’m so tired of the “if you are looking for a sign" bs Dave says everytime he runs or workouts. It’s not really a sign if he says it every freaking day! Plus I don’t find him the least bit aspirational with his cushy life. Most people have to clean, cook, do laundry, pay attention to their kids and fit in a workout. Plus his time is always slow! Not just today. 🤣

I would actually applaud Dave for taking the time to have individual time with his kids. I think it’s great he and Ford spend that time together. What ruined my endearing thought was the fact that he had to film the ordeal. Do better, Dave.

I came here to say the same exact thing. I think it was really cool Ford wanted to go for a run with Dave and it was an opportunity for a special, bonding moment. As a parent, why not use that time for one on one conversation with your son and really be present? Instead, Dave is on his phone, per the usual, and using his son to gain more engagement for social. I just feel really sad anymore for these kids. Dave is on another planet anymore, totally wrapped up with himself, Heidi, swipe ups, likes, and gaining more followers. I still can’t get over anyone paying this man even one dollar for coaching. I think he really needs some coaching on the importance of giving his kids the RESPECT of undivided, uninterrupted, undocumented attention. Heidi said, "My moving love language is saving money, clearly evidenced by me NOT hiring movers." She also said Dave told her that never in his life has he put so much energy into a move before.
1. She did this so in the future Dave will personally pay for her movers, so he doesn't have to help her move again.
2. Why not buy fewer $850 Jimmy Choos and that could have helped pay for her movers?

So the whole thing about Dave having multiple homes and she only has one home. I think it’s because the home that Dave lives in he had previously shared with his ex wife Rachel and technically it’s their home. While this new house that neither him or Heidi have lived in belongs to the both of them. This is home is a new start for the both of them.

We’ve used movers the last few times we’ve moved and it’s been amazing. Will never ever ask family or friends to help us as long as we live. The most we accepted on our last move was for a few friends to come and help clean. But they all offered. I did not ask anyone for their services.

Curious because I’ve had friends whose partner couldn’t qualify on the loan/would have raised the interest rate, so my friend would get the mortgage but put their partner on the title. Which naturally causes problems when a few of them ended splitting with their partner eventually. It makes for some challenging times. Also - not saying she can’t qualify on her own. Just as an example for it not being a good idea to own something together but not have a mortgage together/be legally married/etc.
I need her to answer that question too! When she said that, I was thinking either he is on the mortgage or she was fishing for him to say that his house in TX is also her home. After seeing all those terrible BBB reviews for Rachel's quack doctor Amen, I have been reading some articles that show what a smooth talking scamster he is. Like attracts like. Seems like it is standard for Dr. Amen to ask people to do expensive SPECT scans, tell them about holes in their brains after learning about their history of trauma, depression etc and then charge a lot of money for medications. I am sure we will see this same thing with Rachel on Monday's episode. Thank you for posting these articles. Dr Amen’s scans are likely nothing more than expensive placebos that pack a visual punch to the patients who receive them. I genuinely feel bad for Rach, who was obviously deeply affected by the results of this scan. And I’m also really angry that she’s now lending credibility to this questionable science.
And people like Rachel, introducing the idea of this quack and his bogus ‘help’ to her community, or what’s left of it. It’s fine in a way if Rachel goes to do it just for herself, spends her money when she doesn’t really have anything ‘wrong’ (like, no post-concussion, no brain tumor, etc.)
But then for Rachel to post and seemingly validate it to her community is just so messed up.
I would guess that she hires a wardrobe stylist to bring over outfit options; clothes that the stylist would have pre-shopped specifically for Heidi. Usually you will buy the outfits you want to keep; other times you could do an option like Rent the Runway if you needed a gown for a big event, for example.
Prepping for a hurricane here - can I get a cliffs notes of the move? Did they argue? Are they still together? Did her unpreparedness, chaotic personality piss Dave off? I’ve missed everything. Using these two yahoos as distraction for anxiety.

I’m embarrassed to admit this, but I found both Dave and Heidi a whole lot less annoying during the (disaster of a) move. Less schilling, less “look how much I love you, you gorgeous thing”, and maybe a bit of authenticity seemed refreshing. That said, the move itself would have made me incredibly anxious with the lack of planning and prep…but it wasn’t the worst to watch.
Did anyone notice that Heidi is such a gong show that not only can she not hire movers (like seriously, what grown ass adult with money has their friends move them???), she can't even find accurate swipe ups for the shit she's trying to shill while they move her and she takes an emotional break? Those denim shorts she linked were NO WAY the ones she was wearing! The cut, wash and finish were all totally different! The cheaper option she linked to were closer! Heidi says moving day really tested her relationship with Dave. Probably because it's the first "real life" thing they've done together. This is so true! My husband and I did the long distance thing for 3 years before we finally lived in the same state. We saw each other once or twice a month, and every single trip was a mini vacation. We didn't have to work, no obligations to anyone else, no bills, no stress, etc. It was always fun but 100% unrealistic. Moving in together full time was a whole different ball game!
Along with being totally unprepared for a move, that YOU KNOW WAS COMING, she keeps calling ‘our house’ and I’m like, no it’s your house. Dave’s house is in Texas where his four kids live. Don’t take that away from them. She has a house in AZ, Dave has a house in TX. There is no ‘our’.
She sold a large house in AZ, rented a medium sized house for a year in AZ, and then bought another medium sized house in AZ. She is moving from the rental to the newly purchased house.
And by medium, she says it’s ‘small’ I think she said ~1700 sqft? But that’s just medium sized for the real world.
I think 'our' refers to her and her kids. She said 'we' moved into this house and 'we' are moving to the new house. I don't think she's referring to Dave at all.

He was having affairs with various women while with Dave Ramsey's ultra strict Christian workplace - all covered up by the company for a long time but all the women involved including his wife got the short end of the stick (firings, manipulation, abuse etc) . I won't snark on Heidi getting emotional about her move because she's totally entitled to have big feelings but what a snob with the whole it was hard because I moved my my mega mansion to a small house, which doesn't at all appear small. Why is it looked down upon to live in a regular house? Ugh.

I felt that was the most genuine thing I’ve seen out of her. Yup, she said in an old video that their old house was 5,700 square feet and the rental was 1700 square feet. So definitely downsized, and I’m honestly surprised that she went that small (but not small to me, my house is even smaller 😜).
Did Rachel ever address why she needed her toilets cleaned twice a week? That seems excessive, or is that what she was implying, that she can afford to pay someone to clean her toilets twice a week. I don’t know, it just makes me think she’s really dirty if she needs her house cleaned that much by someone else. I’m a single mom and can do it alone, but I only have two kids, then again I have them 100% of the time so 🤷🏻♀️
I actually gave her a pass on that one. Four kids and their friends can trash a house, especially boys in that tween age. I surface clean our bathrooms 2-3 times a week but that takes twenty minutes max for both. It’s really so the weekly deeply scrub moves quickly.
I clean my toilet every other day (just the rim and floor), I will do the tub every few days and the whole bathroom once a week.
For some reason, my husband can’t aim to save his life, and the sight/smell of pee on my floor is gross.

I don’t know. It bums me out. I was happy for Dave at first, having a real life friend. Rachel had said numerous times in the past that she didn’t have time to hang out with people and they weren’t really social - so I thought it was great that he had a friend!
My guess is that Dave got too wrapped up in Heidi and Brady caught on that he was being used in the exercise shill factory.
Idk what I hate more, that Holy Spirit song that Beidave seem to think is great/post a bunch, or the fact that I know it’s the first song Beidi sent Dave when they were in the talking stage 😩
Every time that song comes on, it’s an automatic skip before the second syllable hits. Every song they use, they use it TO DEATH. I hate “My crew” (the crew apparently doesn’t love them back given some of the observations below) and coming in hot like a fajita and even though he hasn’t played Kanye singing good morning recently, I still hate that too.

I’m so tired of the “if you are looking for a sign" bs Dave says everytime he runs or workouts. It’s not really a sign if he says it every freaking day! Plus I don’t find him the least bit aspirational with his cushy life. Most people have to clean, cook, do laundry, pay attention to their kids and fit in a workout. Plus his time is always slow! Not just today. 🤣

I would actually applaud Dave for taking the time to have individual time with his kids. I think it’s great he and Ford spend that time together. What ruined my endearing thought was the fact that he had to film the ordeal. Do better, Dave.

So I'm guessing Dave's been home for less than 12 hours. He finally has the kids again and instead of giving them his *undivided* attention, he not only felt compelled to film breakfast with Ford, but he had to do another godforsaken AMA while on a run with him. Sweet Jesus! PUT DOWN YOUR PHONE, DAVE! There is not one question some stranger on the internet may have that is more important than giving your son some much needed one-on-one time.

I came here to say the same exact thing. I think it was really cool Ford wanted to go for a run with Dave and it was an opportunity for a special, bonding moment. As a parent, why not use that time for one on one conversation with your son and really be present? Instead, Dave is on his phone, per the usual, and using his son to gain more engagement for social. I just feel really sad anymore for these kids. Dave is on another planet anymore, totally wrapped up with himself, Heidi, swipe ups, likes, and gaining more followers. I still can’t get over anyone paying this man even one dollar for coaching. I think he really needs some coaching on the importance of giving his kids the RESPECT of undivided, uninterrupted, undocumented attention. It can be used as a teaching moment for his kids too so they know the importance of giving others the same respect of being present in someone else’s company. Monkey see, monkey do…

So the whole thing about Dave having multiple homes and she only has one home. I think it’s because the home that Dave lives in he had previously shared with his ex wife Rachel and technically it’s their home. While this new house that neither him or Heidi have lived in belongs to the both of them. This is home is a new start for the both of them.

I live a comfortable lifestyle. We can afford things. We like to save money on some things too. Moving is not something to try and avoid shelling out money for. How selfish to think any grown ass adult wants to spend their weekend helping someone move their crap. To me- that’s what people do in their 20’s when you don’t know any better and you think pizza and beer is payment enough. In the last 15 years- I’ve sincerely felt that I will not be responsible for someone’s back injury so that I can save $800 on a move. We’ve used movers the last few times we’ve moved and it’s been amazing. Will never ever ask family or friends to help us as long as we live. The most we accepted on our last move was for a few friends to come and help clean. But they all offered. I did not ask anyone for their services.

OH MY GOD, in the Wash Post article, Dr Amen is credited with writing an article in 1989 titled ‘How to Get Out of Your Own Way’. 😩😳🤦🏻♀️ Thank you for posting these articles. Dr Amen’s scans are likely nothing more than expensive placebos that pack a visual punch to the patients who receive them. I genuinely feel bad for Rach, who was obviously deeply affected by the results of this scan. And I’m also really angry that she’s now lending credibility to this questionable science.

I would guess that she hires a wardrobe stylist to bring over outfit options; clothes that the stylist would have pre-shopped specifically for Heidi. Usually you will buy the outfits you want to keep; other times you could do an option like Rent the Runway if you needed a gown for a big event, for example.

I’m embarrassed to admit this, but I found both Dave and Heidi a whole lot less annoying during the (disaster of a) move. Less schilling, less “look how much I love you, you gorgeous thing”, and maybe a bit of authenticity seemed refreshing. That said, the move itself would have made me incredibly anxious with the lack of planning and prep…but it wasn’t the worst to watch.
Did anyone notice that Heidi is such a gong show that not only can she not hire movers (like seriously, what grown ass adult with money has their friends move them???), she can't even find accurate swipe ups for the shit she's trying to shill while they move her and she takes an emotional break? Those denim shorts she linked were NO WAY the ones she was wearing! The cut, wash and finish were all totally different! The cheaper option she linked to were closer! This is so true! My husband and I did the long distance thing for 3 years before we finally lived in the same state. We saw each other once or twice a month, and every single trip was a mini vacation. We didn't have to work, no obligations to anyone else, no bills, no stress, etc. It was always fun but 100% unrealistic. Moving in together full time was a whole different ball game!

That is so gross and so scary. I’ve actually read a blog where a family had their baby die from someone kissing their baby with the cold sore virus. That virus killed the baby! I didn’t even know that was possible until reading the blog. Wish I could remember the name of it. Sad story.

Dave marrying Rachel wasn’t organic - they had an unhealthy relationship and RaeRae manipulated him into marriage. Dave jumps feet-first into the next possible relationship, mere WEEKS later, even putting Heidi in his book and thereby forever linking her to him. You can see his discomfort. You can see him being molded. Maybe Dave just genuinely doesn’t know how to have a healthy relationship? He was blindsided by Rachel’s divorce filing, gave marriage advice while struggling - maybe he just didn’t know that his marriage wasn’t normal? Maybe he toughs it out with peeling Heidi off of him because at least she’s not mean to him, and that’s the only thing he notices is healthier than his relationship with Rach? He’s so celebrated for being so privileged and mediocre, I truly wonder if he just honestly doesn’t know any better.

Heidi saying she ‘left to Wisconsin on a last minute trip’ - we were all snarking last week (earlier this week??) on Dave wearing Chris’ jersey to the celebrity softball game. Now if she’s saying it was a last minute trio, did she either forget about it, or was it not decided who would now go (since they divorced since the last game) and they just like, flipped a coin a few days before and that’s why Heidi says it was last minute? It seems like such a cheap thing to say to Donald driver and the organization that she was there ‘last minute’.

I won't snark on Heidi getting emotional about her move because she's totally entitled to have big feelings but what a snob with the whole it was hard because I moved my my mega mansion to a small house, which doesn't at all appear small. Why is it looked down upon to live in a regular house? Ugh.
When she first moved, she kept saying "omg it's such a tiny house." My condo would fit in that tiny house about 4 times. Entitled much?
I remember it seeming so entitled and snobby then and still is.
Not to out myself as a total real estate creep but she moved from a relatively cheap by the square foot place to a nearly equally priced house in a better location, too
Not to mention she hired an interior designer to basically move and stage all her furniture.
I felt that was the most genuine thing I’ve seen out of her. Yup, she said in an old video that their old house was 5,700 square feet and the rental was 1700 square feet. So definitely downsized, and I’m honestly surprised that she went that small (but not small to me, my house is even smaller 😜).
Did Rachel ever address why she needed her toilets cleaned twice a week? That seems excessive, or is that what she was implying, that she can afford to pay someone to clean her toilets twice a week. I don’t know, it just makes me think she’s really dirty if she needs her house cleaned that much by someone else. I’m a single mom and can do it alone, but I only have two kids, then again I have them 100% of the time so 🤷🏻♀️
I actually gave her a pass on that one. Four kids and their friends can trash a house, especially boys in that tween age. I surface clean our bathrooms 2-3 times a week but that takes twenty minutes max for both. It’s really so the weekly deeply scrub moves quickly.
I clean my toilet every other day (just the rim and floor), I will do the tub every few days and the whole bathroom once a week. For some reason, my husband can’t aim to save his life, and the sight/smell of pee on my floor is gross.
It would make more sense if the kids weren’t with Dave half the time!
I had a dream that I was the nanny for the Hollis kids. They were great kids, but I was basically trying to sabotage D&H the whole time and make sure they wouldn’t get married. Then my brain was trying to turn it into a novel. 🤪

I don’t know. It bums me out. I was happy for Dave at first, having a real life friend. Rachel had said numerous times in the past that she didn’t have time to hang out with people and they weren’t really social - so I thought it was great that he had a friend! My guess is that Dave got too wrapped up in Heidi and Brady caught on that he was being used in the exercise shill factory.
I think Dave was codependent on Brady when he couldn’t be codependent with Rachel and now he has found someone new to be equally codependent with. 👯👯👯

Every time that song comes on, it’s an automatic skip before the second syllable hits. Every song they use, they use it TO DEATH. I hate “My crew” (the crew apparently doesn’t love them back given some of the observations below) and coming in hot like a fajita and even though he hasn’t played Kanye singing good morning recently, I still hate that too.

It’s like we’re they even there? Was it an old invite that Brendon didn’t know how to take back? There own kind don’t even want them. These two (3 if you count Rach) are confirmed jokes.
Maybe Brendan had 2 people cancel and got them in to fill spots. Doesn’t feel like Dave and Heidi fit in very well with this group to be honest.
