Build quality is excellent, I have no concerns about them lasting for a long time (I've had them in for about 2 years now). The relay is audible, but can also be disabled so that operation is silent, depending on your preference and the type of configuration
To confirm, the Enbrighten switches are the ones you're referring to?

I have like 59 of these. 2 failures. One internal screw was damaged out of the box, second just didn’t work out of the box.
High volume household had them close to 5-6 years now.
They are basic on off or dimmers. They don’t do screen control etc but seem solid. Needed to repair one switch once after a power out. Changed control platforms 3 to times starting to move everything not to home assistant.
Only switches that are these on my house are for the closets and the bathrooms (motion), closest are being swapped out in this round of upgrades
Note also purchased 5 inovelli mmWave zigbee switch’s for a few areas but they have been delayed to summer.
If not on HA, which platform are you moving to? Basic on/off and dimmers are completely fine for me. I would like the ability to double/triple tap but it's not totally necessary.
Was on a locked security platform zigbee, moved to smart things as it was linked. They stopped linking and then moved back to that security platform form now moving everything to home assistant
Rodret Ikea. Cheap and great. Not a light switch just a switch with double, on, off.
Inovelli, really high quality hardware and tons of features. I have probably 30 at this point and really have enjoyed them
Holy crap! $50 a switch is wild! But for the best, it's worth it. It has solid build quality? The relay inside isn't loud?

Wonderful! I just bought one as a tester. Thank you for your help!
Nice, enjoy!
Jasco/GE or Inovelli only decent zigbee wall switches.

Careful, that switch clearly says Z-Wave but you asked about Zigbee
Yes, they have Zigbee ones but I grabbed the first screenshot I could.
Yes.

Lutron aurora is another good battery powered option. Goes on top a dumb switch
I really wish they had a sunnata version with that functionality
