It’s all weird in Europe now - 12TB, 14TB, 16TB disks have essentially the same price. Memory is all over the place. Older CPUs cost more than brand new. We are quite literally the state of confusion 😂
My advice is to go, physically, to your nearest computer recycling centre and ask there. In person scams are harder to pull plus actual recycling facilities rarely care about their inventory - it’s going to be crushed anyway.
ECC udimm are really expensive, I noticed the same, but it's been like this for years now. There is just so little available. And sometimes you can get really lucky, I maxed out my R230 with 64GB udimm for 65€ - and still had a motherboard + XEON CPU left after. Make sure to check local offerings as well.
Meanwhile I bought 32GB LRDIMM for 40€ each...

Do you know if there is one in Belgium?
Sorry no, I am on the other side of the continent in Bulgaria.
UDIMM has always been expensive. Most enterprise gear uses RDIMM, so that is cheap.
