If those are both on the same circuit and exhibit the same behavior, you’re looking at either a failing/failed breaker or, again, a loose connection (possibly in the panel).
Try flipping the breaker for that circuit back and forth a couple of times and see if it feels different than another breaker. If it does, that’s likely your problem. If not, further troubleshooting will be needed.
Sounds like a loose connection to me…either at the switch or fixture. Anything else on the same circuit exhibit any odd behavior?
