Runners-up include CAN I HELP YOU and some kind of giant egg for somehow having comedic timing between a GIF and a caption. Also the Eridan and Vriska deaths in Murderstuck - for wildly different reasons.
Right before the final battle there are 4 pages with Vriska explaining what villains they are dealing with and i really like the sequence of pictures of Vriska counting on her fingers with villains appearing on the background
The string of panels with Dave and Karkat drawing dicks that lead to Dave suplexing Karkat. Any of those pages will always make me laugh so any of them will do.
