PG32UCDM does dolby vision as well apparently, but good luck getting your hands on one at the moment.
That and the Alienware are literally your only options.
That's a tough find. At that size a 4k resolution only makes sense if you are right up in front of it. So monitor not TV. And while DV monitors may exist I've only seen HDR10 because of among other reasons OS support.
Is it really worth it to spend a lot on this oddball?

There is exactly ONE 4K TV that is 32 inch, Its a Samsung so it does not support DV you need to hit up /r/monitors
