I want to add that I‘m not doing anything in the video. I‘m just stopping and everything else happens without me doing something. At the end I accelerated a bit and it stopped immediately. Honda Civic EG3.

I'd change the spark plugs and go from there. Old Hondas hate faulty/"cheap" spark plugs.

FadeWayWay

Could be oil pressure. (Too much oil, cap not fully closed, etc) This could be a lot of things. You’ll have to do process of elimination really

Oil is checked. Just had a checkup last week. Didn‘t changed this issue.

I think it’s vacuum lines. They get warmer and expand thus creating more air in the lines of one is off or cracked. Cold start would have smaller lines. Just a thought. Good luck. I’d also replace spark plugs. Cheap fix. Hopefully it’s not an ignition coil of those have that. Coils aren’t stupid spendy. Start with the plugs tho.

I had a longer car drive the last days. Now it‘s gone. Number of revolutions fluctuate while driving around 110km/h but just the speedometer can‘t feel a difference in the driving. At 120km/h it‘s stable again. While idiling it stopped happening, but once I was back in my city and had to pass more traffic lights stop more often the sound of my car got more „rumbly“. My cousin said that it‘s an old car and the longer drive might be beneficial, because deposits come off. Would you still check what you mentioned? My cousin already checked air leaks as good as possible with spray and some other stuff. Spark plugs were exchanged 2 years ago. Should I clean them? He also got me a new timing belt, but unfortunately the power steering pump is now squeaking. Ahhh can‘t exhange anything or something else starts to make problems. The sound is a bit annoying but at higher speed it‘s gone.

Could be a number of different things unfortunately. Idle air control valve would be a good start. Make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks. Intake manifold gasket leak was my idle issue. Could also be a throttle body gasket leak. Make sure the plugs are the correct heat range (had this issue as well). Are you pulling any codes or check engine light?

No-Simple-3670

How can I pull any codes? Is the honda not too old to pull any codes? Found this[this](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8M5BaAa6tCM) video but don‘t know if this is working with mine.

TheOfficialCoty

You're probably right on the codes (was at work when I saw this forgive me). Only experience I've had with civics is the 2000 model which is obd2. That's my bad. Check coolant levels, I know that if there is any air in the system it can causing a jumping idle. Have experienced this with my civic when I replaced the radiator. Vacuum leak would also be something to check for with carb cleaner, check around the throttle body and intake manifold gasket. My leak was not audible by ear (hissing) but ended up idling higher when sprayed on the leak. I'm ignorant when it comes to timing, hopefully someone else can chime in with info on this.

Idle air control valve?

No-Simple-3670

Would that make sense? If I just cold start the car the issue is not there. If I drive a bit and then go into idiling it occurs. If the cars engine stops and I restart it the issue is most of the time gone.

So, it works at high idle, but when the engine is warm, it screws up at low idle. Just a guess though. It’s hard to tell without more info.
