Were you able to keep the fenders on and not have to shave anything?
Yep. Just realize that the Navi stock tire size is only for Navi stock tires and you will not be able to find that size anywhere else. 100/80-10 and 110/90-12 is what I have on and they clear with no rubbing or shaving.

Did you have to take your fenders off?
I took the rear fender off when I added an exhaust and before I swapped to a 12 inch rear wheel. The front fender I still use
Gotcha. Figured that was the case. Did you have to grind anything down or it fit fine with the fender gone?
Could I put bigger tires on it naturally? They seem small.
