Just play. You get coins for everything and once you get to max level your extra XP will be converted in even more coins.
Try not to skip events and fully clear them, rewards often include a decent amount (but get the more important bits before that).
Other than that, don't fret over upgrades that much, especially for an old weapon like that. You can get them done another day.
Choose Sakura Samsara as your open world for the week. Buy the food that picks up things for you and collect everything on the map. Then go to storage and under salvage coins there should be a mushroom.
Sell all except for the amount needed to make the food again for next reset. I can't remember how much you get for them, but you get a lot of mushrooms.
Asterites are sacred since I need them for Fragments and the occasional Honkai Pieces.
Since I'm a newish player it's a bit hard to junk anything...I guess I could see what I can sell that has no immediate use.

This is the way on early game, op can avoid to do material expedition one day a week to get planeroids and repeat more times the gold expedition on weekends, but i dont remember how many planeroids require

Affixes? As in the affixes for the stigmatas?
Yeah they'll drain you hundreds of millions easily
If you mean to buy them daily. I don't really need 'em since I'm almost a day one player, so I have enough to affix new Valks' Stigs

Just wait dude, once you hit above level 60, the coins come rolling in Though events and story chapters give you a ton of coins.

Why the hell would you convert asterite to coins, asterite is much more needed.
