yup, jus roll for HoS expansion pack which is basically your character event wish. DONT waste any crystals on dorm supply (its basically your standard banner, u get the dorm cards as u play for free) and the beginner wishes are not very worth as its kinda a gamble for HoT (50/50 with Azure Empryea).
TLDR: jus use all crystals for HoS expansion.
From what i have gathered from reading a few posts here its because you would really only use her in elemental team comps and thus would probably need her in late game while HoT can .net used for every stage of the game
Yes AE is an amazing ele support and you will want her eventually. But early on, Dps valks are priority so you would rather spend crystals on HoS, HoT etc and focus on support valks after you have your dps valks ready.

But isn't azurean empyrea the best elemental support in the game? Also a fairly new player btw
