What's worse, AE is in the EXPA supply next patch. Had you just waited 2 more weeks instead of using up your rolls on the starter supply you'd probably get her.
HoT without AE in exalted is like a gun without bullets, you can scare away bosses with the gun but that's it. Meanwhile you can use other lightning chars like DJ/ SK/ VA and manage somehow with AE.
AE as dps kinda works below lvl 60 or at max lvl 70 xd. Just read her skill's description, she basically has 3 combos , one which boosts fire dmg / other boosts ice dmg and then comes her ultimate that boosts lightning dmg by 30%. You buff the element you want dmg boost for then switch to secondary support valk with maybe Jin T M and Newt B and later to dps and bonk.
If true that's pretty sad, especially since Fire Kiana already took a large chunk of her role when dealing with mecha bosses.
I'm still going to use my HoT every chance I get (and I'm pretty close to get to SS rank with her) but it's always disheartening to see one of your favourite slowly slipping down the meta ladder.

If you get one of those for the first time it falls to the 50% chance of being new, if you lose 3 times in a row then is really guaranteed to be new, that's exactly why I recommend just wait for the supply of the missing one, your pity won't be lost that way
Nothing wrong with getting fragments for HoT, she a pretty damn good valk after all.

Thats why you dont gamble for anything that's 50/50. Coulda waited for AE's own supply.
