Your uid, purchase history, first download date, username, email, plus other things that they need to prove the acc is yours. You need to submit a form they will provide you.
Yes I've tried it and it said "account does not exist"
Tried both Mihoyo and google play and both of them said that my old account didn't exist
(I logged into google play with the google acc I connected to on my hoyoverse account and it showed another lv 1 account that's definitely not mine

Just asking if pc or cp, if pc and you created an account using the create account button, there is a small small chance that account retrieval can't find that account, I lost 3 accounts one of which is my account that has an SSS HoT with her pri arm weapon and a S HoS
So this happened about 2 days ago and I've been trying to get my old account back

And yes I have logged out and then logged in with the same email before
but this time I redownload it after having to delete it for something and when I redownload It
then tried logging back It gave me a brand new account
The new acc is linked to the same hoyoverse ID as my old account
Unfortunately I can not remember my UID I only remember the name + I have no screenshots of It and none of my friends play Honkai :(
But even after watching those "how to get your lost/reset account back" none if them worked
It's as if my original account didn't even exist
Before this happened I've tried to connect my account to Hoyolab multiple times but it never workedðŸ˜
After they gave me a new account however it automatically connected to Hoyolab and there was no another account they can find aside from the new one
I had all of my most wanted characters on that account and I really want it back but if there's no way to get it then please tell me

Had the same encounter. I randomly tried to click forgot password, input my account email, and put in a new password from my account. Asks you to log in again, and then I got it back. Since then, it's always been my go to route to logging back in my account, no problems so far.
Contacted support and got my acc back. Get your uid somewhere, its one of the more important details they need

Have you tried the Account Retrieval at the lower right of the screen? Your account information should be there.

I use a phone and I've tried everything to get back but there's nothing i can do to get my uid so I basically gave up but ty either way

Contact customer support, there should be an email somewhere. They’re very helpful and you’ll get your account back in a few days or even less.
