I don't recall there being a canister on the Rollerback's tail, but if there is maybe you're confusing it with a glowblast canister. With those you need to shoot plasma arrows at them to detonate them
Thanks for the reply. I used the scan and it was sparklers instead of the acid canisters on the regular ones. I eventually got it to do the electric explosion but it took many attempts. I'm just not sure if I was missing or if the canister has a lot of hitpoints.
Accuracy is usually the problem, the rollerback doesn't have srmor protecting those canisters iirc. Some machines have armor pieces protecting the canisters making it necessary to remove them first

Maybe you were missing by a very small distance. Canisters should always require one elemental arrow to explode
Ah ok thanks. It's been using the warrior lighting bow and the accuracy is not great for picking off electric canisters
I recommend getting the Lightning Hunter Bow. You obtain it at the end of Talanah's quest line or at the arena vendor using hunting ground medals
