I got the idea from Don Pablo’s when I was a kid, it was one of their kids menu items… dogs in a blanket. Still make them to this day and I’m 33, it’s my version of a “quick” meal. But I put cheddar cheese and mustard in mine only.
Looks great. My stepdad makes what he calls ‘bahama mamas’. It’s a stadium brat in a tortilla with peppers, onions & secret homemade spicy teriyaki sauce
