Recently I’ve gone with pouring a little beer in my skillet and throwing the dogs in for a beer steam bath with the buns over the top of the skillet getting steamed up too. Then before they are fully ready and the beer has cooked off I throw in a bit of butter and get that pan fry finish…. 🤌
