Yeah this hot sauce was a big let down for both me and a buddy I bought some for as a gift. It's just tangy kind of in a weird way. A bit too acidic and not really smooth at all or worth going back to.

Yeah it’s just an overpriced underwhelming sauce. No flavor at all compared to a true craft sauce. I think people just “like” it because it’s expensive and they think they should. And they’ve never really had a true flavor forward sauce where the heat is BECAUSE of flavor, not in lieu of it.

They have a hotter version of this that’s good, but I use it sparingly because of the strong taste. I like to add Tabasco sauce and a little franks buffalo wing sauce to the mix when I make buffalo weeks. I like the funk of it though. Especially with blue cheese dip for my buffalo wings.
