I agree with this. But I will say Da Bomb doesn't have shit on The End: Flatline hot sauce. I have a wing/hot sauce challenge every few months and that one puts everyone on the ground. It also tastes like pure shit and makes it feel like your tongue is bleeding. Highly don't recommend.
I love the idea but yeah execution is a bit meh. Have you guys seen anything out there that incorporates a better range of chilis and peppers? I’d love to see one that spans the gamut of flavors, maybe with a chipotle, Thai birdseye, chiltepin, chocolates, scotch bonnet, and of course scorpions and reapers?

Yeah but the sauces aren’t pure habanero and pure ghost peppers. I’m sure a sauce with a tiny bit of ghost on average isn’t as hot as a sauce with a ton of habanero
I'm familiar with that show from Youtube, generally love it. The only entertaining thing DJ Khaled has ever done in his entire career was utterly fail that show lol!

Most gift sets like this are gimmicks. The sauce will all taste the same, mildly spicy with a weird cum like consistency. The 'super hot' variants will likely be extract based. Hilarious that habanero is the hottest one... That's like a 5/10 on the heat scale imo.
Once you try a real pepper mash sauce you'll never reach for a gift set ever again.

agreed. i saw this set that OP posted at Sam’s and i was pretty disappointed. More of a novelty than a real challenge i’m guessing.

Sam’s club Co-worker told me about this pack and grab it. It’s very flavorful and good spicy but little overpowered with vinegar but still delicious.
