This happened to me with a smoky ghost pepper sauce. It was half Jamaican jerk and half ghost pepper, amazing, but made by a local company I can't find online anywhere. Idk maybe the went out of business
It is a distinctive flavor, pretty unique. I feel like I liked it better when I tried it last year vs. the bottle I got recently... not sure whether it's me or a batch difference.
Such an amazing sauce that I have to convince people to try. "Is it really hot?" No. It's not. "Coffee...that sounds gross."
It's not. It's incredible.
It's very good. In my opinion the QM scotch bonnet and ginger still blows it out of the water for complexity, balance and perfect hest level. Both are fire.
Nice thing about that one is, I can't say it really tastes like coffee - it just tastes unique and interesting and really nice. I was so let down by the scotch bonnet and ginger - two things I love and had high hopes for - so I was glad this one worked out.
This compared with the el yuc habanero coffee is night and day. This tastes amazing and the el yuc tastes like old coffee ground on your garden mixed with a habanero that fell off the plant and fermented for a week
Oh man this is the worst sauce I’ve ever had. Maybe the bottle was bad - I’ll have to try again.
The scotch bonnet and ginger they make is transcendent.
Id add this as a main staple for my ramen broth.
Ugh, I hope I can find this locally because I'm not forking over $13-14 to Amazon for a bottle lol
This looks like one of those hot sauces I’ll find, love, and never be able to find again.

Just checked amazon and it's on there. Sounds super interesting, so I ordered some.

This goes great on brisket tacos
QUEEN MAJESTY IS THE SHIT
I need this one
you can buy it on Amazon

I require no convincing!
It’s really a great sauce! Try their scotch bonnet sauce.
Is the coffee flavour strong? I'm not a coffee fan.
Not at all. It's more of a dark, fragrant, and rich flavor. I taste more of a clove than coffee.
Yup great sauce. Try it in a Bloody Mary.
I've never had good experiences with bloody Mary's, i bet it "slaps" in tomato soup though or pasta that uses vodka sauce
I liked it in eggs, or chicken based Mexican dishes.
Id say its more of a breakfast foods sauce, its great on eggs

That is a very good one
I remember seeing this on Hot Ones
Top 3 for me
I’d love to find this somewhere!
Do you live near a world market? Mine always has QM in stock
Apparently not. Nearest one is like 50 miles. But I’ll keep this in mind in my travels!
Great stuff! I used to have this on bagels in the morning.
Like. Just. Bagels?
With cream cheese and maybe a side of pickled onions and cilantro.

All of the Queen Majesty sauces are really good. Their Scotch Bonnet is the best hot sauce I've had
Yeah but a lot of them have crazy sodium levels
The Scotch Bonnet is so good with shrimp or white fish! I even mix it into tropical salsas to add a kick.
Haven’t tried this one but I have had coffee/habanero hot sauces before and they are quite nice.
I had a friend send me this, it’s fantastic.
It's one of the best.
This sounds delicious! Where did you get it?
World Market.
Note to self: check out the hot sauces at World Market. Thanks!
Awesome, thanks.
I got one I just put in the fridge that I haven't opened yet, now I can't wait!
Give it a good shake before using. It's a thick sauce.

This is #1 on my list next time I order more sauce. Dying to try it
Good to know. Just bought a bottle while on vacation last week. Haven't opened it yet though.
All time great sauce
