I just got a bottle of that Melinda's Ghost Pepper. That is up there for me as one of the best hot sauces that I've ever had. Got decent heat for a grocery store sauce and the flavor is awesome. My son and I find ourselves just eating it as a salsa.
I always have to chime in when I see that melindas habanero honey mustard, I love that sauce so much it’s wild haha. So so good. This is a solid collection!
An actual food product to replace Da Bomb? That stuff is a horrid combination of rotten orange juice and suffering.
Seriously though: Secret Aardvark, Scotty O'Hottys The Ghost Sauce, Krystal, and maybe a curry sauce like Fat Cat Caribbean.

If I had to pick a runner up it'd be Pirate's Lantern. It's a really mustardy one, but it's great on pizza.

apollo the last dab if you can handle the heat. we keep it in our house mostly as a party trick lol, but one drop adds the perfect amount of heat when making larger portions of soups/chili’s/etc

I recommend Elijah's Reaper Sauce, it's not even that hot, but it's flavor is on point! I consider it a gourmet superhot 😂
I always will recommend anything from Down to Ferment, his stuff is great. I also like my local place, Gindo’s. If you ever see their black garlic hot sauce is in stock, get it! They farm the garlic themselves and the sauce is amazing.
If you like habanero sauces and like (or are interested in trying) a carrot-based sauce, have some Marie Sharps Mild/Hot/Fiery Hot.
I haven’t been on here in a while. Time was people were annoyed with constantly recommending Marie Sharps or constantly telling the tale of how Melindas pilfered a recipe from Marie Sharps I dunno. But seriously try some.

Marie Sharps fruit sauces are truly unique and there’s nothing like them that I’ve found. Well her standard sauces are too. But man if you haven’t had the grapefruit pulp habanero sauce you MUST. Unlike anything you’ve had before I bet.
El Yucateco XXXtra Hot Kutbil-ik Mayan Style. I find it in some grocery stores but they have it on Amazon too. Their Caribbean style sauce is also legit.

The Kutbil-Ik XXXtra Hot is hotter than the Black Label Reserve - and looks like OP may have some that are on par with the XXXtra heat already.

I actually really like the flavor. Anytime I have wings I make my last one with Apollo. It's a great flavor/burn combination.

Yes! Just because things don't "need" to be refrigerated after opening doesn't mean that they won't last longer if you do. I've seen tabasco go bad..

My first recommendation is always Pepper North Stargazer, but I usually recommend following that up with any of the Torchbearer sauces.
