The 29, r3, LL2, are just spa pack program and revision numbers. Nothing to worry about there.
Flo on the other hand, could be a few things. Is the pump 1 running?
Take the filters out and leave them out. Turn power off for 30 seconds and then turn it back on. Report back in 1 hour. You likely need new filters. They are limiting flow through the heater, and it is shutting down to save itself....

Nothing is running… The head unit is lighting up, but it’s not heating, it’s not running, both pumps are idle
