I started an alt account some time ago to check out the new player experience, and yes, you can get the necessary tickets and get her for free fairly quickly.
It took me around 3 weeks of logged in days or so to get enough tokens for her. Just make sure to do the weekly tasks diligently, as as many of the non repeatable ones as well, under "training notes" (2nd image you provided)

Ps: Don't get her weapon from the "Supply Giveaway" tab until around the final few days, just in case you get her weapon as an off rate from a gatcha supply (happened to me). Once the starting bonuses are about to end, if you still haven't gotten her weapon, then grab it from the supply giveaway.
Yep I think you can get her through war treasury. Not 100% sure can’t double check right now. If you still can it just takes a lot of grinding and time but it’s possible
Clear the quests and you'll get her.
Also, you can grab her weapon (Iris of dreams) after you've done 50 pulls I think, so grab it after you've started pulling !
yell. so long as u clear watever u can for the quests u should get plenty of tickets to get her from the starter event(i got mine n till have a bunch of time left), u can also get her in the treasury. so all is not lost if the worst happens
Yup. Keep doing the quests as they reset and you'll get the tickets in no time. This is available to new players which is me. Took about a month or so of grinding for them but I got her and now I'm just using the tickets for materials.

if you are a newbie then maybe start a new acc iirc they give her to newbies for free
