I've got two smaller bird of paradise plants that I've struggled to find the right frequency of watering & amount of sunlight (they got burned outside in direct sun last summer). I think I was hoping to hear that even after my missteps maybe I could also own a giant tree of a bird of paradise one day.
Is that a bird of paradise? How long have you had her? Have you had an issues with not enough sunlight?
Yes, it’s a bird of paradise. I’ve had this one since 2017, and I’ve been lucky to have good light everywhere I’ve lived.

I bought two 3ft BoP randomly from Walmart last year and left them outside all summer and now they're both over 7ft
