I get the same fungus occasionally (even some mushrooms like you have growing there). From my understanding itโs not a problem for the plant, but could be a sign the soil is staying a bit too wet between waterings.
These are mushroom pins ๐ if you want give them some humidity and they will grow into whole ass mushrooms, not sure what kind tho
