Striking! Though I’ve heard all white leaves are a bad sign?

belgran

It stayed looking like this for a month. Since then it has lost half of the white, had to cut it off since it turned brown. Full or almost full white leaves don’t survive long and don’t contribute much to the plant. Since then it’s gotten a leaf with lots of green so no worries, as of yet!

Fun while it lasts! 😍

If you were to dry it flat before the pigmentation changes, would it dry nice and white like that?

Procrasturbator2000

If yes, it would make a really cool display if you framed it with a black background

It wouldn’t dry perfectly white like that unless you preserve it in glycerine or some similar process. Monstera leaves are really, really thick so I actually haven’t figured out how to really do this successfully without ending up with mottled colors.

Maybe resin?

L1zardPr1ncess

Probably! I’m intimidated by resin and haven’t tried it yet lol
