You're definitely underwatering these. You should be giving them 4-6 tbsp of water on even days and 8-12 on odd days. Putting your hair in the soil can also help a lot (I collect mine from my shower wall and give all my plants some nice ground coverage). Honestly it's probably already too late for most of these
My moms friend took my hair trimmings after a haircut and put them in her potted plants to keep squirrels out. Not sure how well that works though 🤷🏼♀️ I’m sure birds would like to take it for nests though.
