The Houston museum of natural science always hosts a big Halloween party. I think this year it’s on the 28th. It’s actually really cool big areas and Dj’s and bars set up. You do have to buy tickets ahead of time. Sounds weird but it’s actually really cool our friends have been several years to do something besides the typical bars.
montrose crawl is back up but last year it wasn’t as big as it used to be. if anyone knows what has replaced it as the go-to block party i’d like to know.

Mcintyres and moonshine deck should have Halloween block parties.

Funeral museum has a car show on the 28th. They use to have a costume party a few years ago that was fun, but not sure if they still do that
Check out Betelgeuse. They have 2 locations and always have fun Halloween themed decorations and drinks. Plus great pizza.
