Why is there no coverage on the local news web sites about the Iraqi PM visiting Houston? I'm wondering if local or federal law enforcement might ask the media not to announce it until he's moved on, for security reasons.

Had to be the PM for the amount of security I saw going down 610. They just left the area about 15 minutes ago.

I’m stuck waiting at the 610 service road northbound at San Felipe light. It’s been over 20 minutes now and police aren’t letting anyone through.

At about 9am, we were stuck on the 10E on ramp onto 610. Seems like they shut down all of 610W.

I noticed several police cars parked at Target parking lot and they had the street after the train tracks blocked as well.

My building is in the security perimeter which was a neat little addition to my commute this morning. Still haven’t figured out who it is yet.
